Data protection

Protecting your personal data is very important to InterEurope AG.

Insofar as the possibility exists to provide personal or business information (email addresses, names and addresses) on our website, such user data shall only be disclosed on an explicitly voluntary basis.

Data shall be saved regarding the date, node address and the documents read. You declare your acceptance by using this server. If you do not agree with this procedure, you are free to choose not to use this server.

The personal data collected shall only be used for the purpose for which it was originally collected. In accordance with the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we store your data so that we can handle your matter quickly and correctly. In doing so we follow the principle of data minimalism.

In the context of clarifying pertinent and necessary questions regarding a claim, it cannot be avoided that stored data are sent to third parties domestically or abroad. This particularly applies to the respective insurers responsible domestically and abroad. It may also be necessary for enforcing a recourse claim that the necessary data are sent to liable third parties or their liability insurers under certain circumstances.

If you have any questions, comments or complaints regarding the procedure with your personal data, please do not hesitate to contact our data protection officer, who – in addition to his legal training – is also certified as a data protection officer by TÜV Rheinland.
