Service standards and processes are specified in all our branches using a centralised quality management system. To meet these standards, we look out for the necessary qualifications when selecting employees and train our staff in regular intervals and as needed.
True to the motto ‘trust is good, control is better’, we monitor and check our processes and outcomes. We set benchmarks against market data or, if none are available, against the top performers within InterEurope AG. In consultation with our clients, we learn from their needs and suggestions. We take care of any potential disagreements using a centralised complaints management system according to defined escalation levels.
