Belgium is a beautiful country that is home to the European institutions and other large international organisations, such as NATO and Shape. However, it is also a country that is complex and maybe difficult to understand at times. Over the past decades, our country has undergone major linguistic, political and judicial reforms, which proves our ability to adapt and compromise, a fact being recognised far beyond our national borders.

These vital qualities are also in evidence at our Belgian branch, where our multilingual staff put them into practice on a daily basis when managing their case files.

However, this also extends far beyond our daily duties. Indeed, it is our responsibility to supply expert work and not to act as mere operatives. We have a duty to anticipate obstacles by remaining fully aware, not only of the national situation but also of the international context. This enables each and everyone one of us to individually respond to the legitimate expectations of our clients and their insured members.

Since it was first established, our branch has enjoyed great success in managing Green Card, 4^TH Motor Directive, and Recourse case files, but also in assessing material damage and physical injury, and this by ensuring excellent results upon which we have built up our international reputation.

We do not merely offer standard solutions, but personalised legal solutions according to the location and circumstances as well as case law. Each case file receives individual attention, and we ensure the best possible legal and financial outcome.

This is why our branch benefits from a stable, motivated team, which offers more than 100 years in combined professional experience, and 25 years as part of InterEurope AG, with each of our members of staff working in their preferred specialism. Our team includes one Belgian legal expert, who has previously worked as a lawyer for a large legal protection insurance company and for the Insurance Companies’ Ombudsman, one German barrister having represented cases in Germany and having worked for the European Commission, one manager having graduated from a business school and having studied insurance and physical injury assessment as specialist subjects, and staff members who have formerly worked for lawyers and bailiffs. They are all multilingual staff, providing a service in our 3 national languages, but also in English, and in other languages, such as Italian.

Gedurende de afgelopen decennia heeft ons land belangrijke taalkundige, politieke en juridische hervormingen ervaren die onze capaciteit tot aanpassingen en compromissen aantoont. Deze zijn zelfs erkend buiten onze grenzen.

Deze essentiële kwaliteiten vinden we terug in onze Belgische vestiging waar onze meertalige medewerkers deze dagelijks gebruiken in het behandelen van dossiers.

Maar het gaat verder dan de dagelijkse taken. Inderdaad hebben wij de verplichting een taak met expertise uit te leveren en niet zomaar een eenvoudige uitvoerende taak. Het is onze plicht om obstakels te anticiperen door een kennis van de nationale situatie, maar ook de internationale context die ons in staat stelt om individueel te voldoen aan de legitieme verwachtingen van onze klanten en hun polishouders.

Sinds haar oprichting is onze vestiging zeer succesvol geweest in het beheren van dossiers zoals, de Groen Kaart, 4e Richtlijn, in Beroep. Maar eveneens in de evaluatie van materiële en lichamelijke schade door het verschaffen van een resultaat dat onze internationale reputatie maakt.

Wij bieden niet enkel een standaard oplossing maar een individuele juridische oplossing volgens de locatie, de omstandigheden alsook jurisprudentie. Wij behandelen elk dossier als een afzonderlijke zaak door het beste juridisch en financieel resultaat.

Dit is de reden waarom onze vestiging kan rekenen op een stabiel en gemotiveerd team die op zich meer dan 100 jaar professionele ervaring cumuleren, waarvan 25 jaar bij InterEurope AG. Iedere medewerker is gespecialiseerd in een vakgebied.

Ons team bevat, een Belgische jurist die voordien als advocaat gewerkt heeft in een grote verzekeringsmaatschappij RB en voor de ombudsman van de verzekeraars; een Duitse advocaat die in Duitsland pleitte en voor de Europese Commissie werkte; een bij HEC gevormde leider met een specialisatie in verzekeringen en evaluatie van lichamelijke schade en medewerksters die voor advocaten en gerechtsdeurwaarders gewerkt hebben. Deze meertaligen verlenen de dienst in onze 3 nationale talen, maar ook in het Engels en andere talen zoals Italiaans.

Ons Belgisch team is iedere dag aanwezig om uitzonderlijke taken en andere uitdagingen aan te gaan. «Flexibiliteit en kennis» zijn de draad van ons succes!

C’est pourquoi, notre succursale peut compter sur une équipe stable et motivée cumulant à elle seule plus de 100 ans d’expérience professionnelle et 25 ans au sein d’InterEurope AG où chacun de nos collaborateurs est spécialisé dans un domaine de prédilection. Nous comptons au sein de notre équipe : un juriste belge ayant été avocat avant de travailler pour une grande compagnie d’assurance PJ et pour l’Ombudsman des Assureurs, un avocat allemand ayant plaidé en Allemagne et travaillé pour la Commission européenne, un dirigeant formé en HEC avec une spécialité en Assurances et en évaluation du dommage corporel, des collaboratrices ayant travaillé pour des avocats et des huissiers. Tous multilingues assurant un service dans nos 3 langues nationales mais également en anglais et dans d’autres langues comme l’italien.
