Inter Europe Netherlands is since 2005 centrally located in the Netherlands. In Driebergen, a few kilometers east of Utrecht. Aware centrally related to the accessibility, but also as a signal that InterEurope an indispensable link is in the web of international law and regulations. InterEurope Netherlands has grown to a team of eight internationally experienced claims handlers. Each with his or her specialty. Type of cases, language, business partners, specific knowledge of (inter)national regulations of various countries, etc. Whiplash is for example a hot item because such cases could lead in the Netherlands compared to other European countries to extremely high claim costs. Internal specialization is of course necessary for such aspects.

Because the general activities are centralized in the headoffice of InterEurope in Düsseldorf the claims handlers in the national branch can be fully focused on the handling of claims. All new cases are initially reviewed by our lawyer within the front office. After the initial assessment and treatment the claim will be transferred to the back office, where each claim handler is responsible for the complete handling of his or her case.

All our claims handlers have a legal background and, in any case several years’ experience in the international claims handling. Because we are a small and close team we can focus us specifically on the case settlement. Therefore it is possible to achieve a high level of both the legal content as well as efficient communication. For example staff turnover is nil. Result is that each business partner remains familiar with fixed contact points. The employment of our Dutch colleagues varies from a minimum of 3 years to over 10 years from the start of Inter Europe in 2005.

Wij bieden onze business partners korte, heldere communicatielijnen. Regeling van internationale schadegevallen kan uitsluitend op een efficiënte en kostenbesparende manier plaatsvinden als een constante heldere communicatie met alle betrokkenen mogelijk is. In die zin is pro activiteit een essentieel onderdeel van onze schadeafhandeling. Tijdig inspelen op de steeds weer veranderende afwikkelingsprocessen. Alleen dan wordt een optimaal resultaat bereikt. Flexibiliteit om altijd tijdig te kunnen (bij-)sturen op zaakniveau. InterEurope Netherlands is uitgegroeid tot een hecht team van internationaal ervaren claimshandlers. Ieder met zijn/haar specialiteit. Soort zaak, taal, business partner, specifieke kennis van (inter)nationale regelgeving van diverse landen, etc. Whiplash is bijvoorbeeld een hot item omdat dergelijke zaken in Nederland in vergelijking met andere Europese landen tot een grote afwijkende schadelast kunnen leiden. Interne specialisatie is voor dergelijke aspecten uiteraard aan de orde.

Omdat de algemene ondersteunende activiteiten centraal door het hoofdkantoor van InterEurope AG in Düsseldorf uitgevoerd worden, kunnen de medewerkers in het nationale filiaal zich volledig richten op de zaakafhandeling. Alle zaakmeldingen worden in eerste instantie beoordeeld door onze juristen binnen de front office. Na een eerste beoordeling en behandeling vindt overdracht plaats aan de backoffice, waar iedere claimshandler verantwoordelijk is voor de volledige afhandeling van zijn of haar zaak.

Al onze claimshandlers hebben een juridische achtergrond en in ieder geval meerdere jaren ervaring in de internationale schaderegeling. Vooral ook omdat wij ons als hecht team specifiek kunnen richten op uitsluitend de zaakbehandeling is het mogelijk een hoog niveau van zowel het juridisch inhoudelijke als ook snelle efficiënte communicatie te bereiken. Het personeelsverloop is nihil met als gevolg dat iedere business partner vertrouwd blijft met vaste aanspreekpunten. Het dienstverband van onze Nederlandse collega’s varieert van minimaal 3 jaar tot ruim 10 jaar.
