Multilingual application spans the entire life cycle of a case, from initiating a claim through to invoicing. With every claim, deadlines are monitored automatically, fraud indicators are checked in part automatically, the reserve is bindingly set, each access is automatically recorded and backup copies are created, and much more.

We set up individual and secure access for our clients to view the case files. Clients are then able to review the records around the clock and can hence inform their insurance holder about the status of the case.
